Transportation & Parking
• Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium is a City of Hamilton facility.
• Address: 1100 Mohawk Rd E, Hamilton, ON L8T 2S4
- Onsite Parking: Main lot entrance is off Upper Kenilworth and Mohawk Road East. Free onsite parking is available southwest and east of Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: Parking in these lots is at your own risk due to the possibility of foul balls. For the safest parking option, we recommend parking as far from the stadium as possible, such as street parking along Upper Kenilworth. Refer to the below map to see available parking lot options.
- Street Parking: Additional street parking is available in the neighbourhoods around the stadium. Always follow local parking signs and bylaws.
- Public Transit: Taking the bus? You can use HSR routes 41 Mohawk or 21 Upper Kenilworth, both of which stop within 100 meters of the stadium. For schedules and route details, visit the HSR website.

• Official tickets are available online only through Ticketmaster (via HamiltonCardinals.com) or in-person at the Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium box office one hour prior to the game.
• General Admission tickets are $12 each, with free entry for kids 10 and under. Children do not need a ticket but must check in with Cardinals gate staff for age verification.
• Beware of unauthorized ticket sellers. We are not responsible for tickets purchased elsewhere. We offer single-game ticket vouchers provided by sponsors and community partners. These vouchers can be redeemed once for admission to a home game.
• Seating operates on a general admission basis, available on a first-come, first-served system. Accessible seating (pictured below) is primarily located along the third-base grandstand in the first two rows; please be considerate of fans who require these areas. For additional accessible seating options, including areas adjacent to the visitor’s dugout, please contact our staff for assistance

Entry & Gates
• Gates open one hour before first pitch (unless otherwise posted on social media).
• The Hamilton Cardinals reserve the right to deny entry to patrons who do not comply with stadium policies and the Fan Code of Conduct. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the stadium. Bags will be inspected upon entry.
• All fans will have their tickets scanned upon entry, including Season Ticket holders. Season Ticket holders are asked to ensure their pass is scanned, even if carrying a physical pass or lanyard.

Team Day Entry
• Everyone must have a ticket for entry and will be scanned at the gate. The coupon code will unlock free tickets for players.
• Teams will be granted entry once the entire group has arrived.

The Hamilton Cardinals Baseball Club Inc. prioritizes the safety and comfort of our fans, players, officials, and staff.
In the spirit of sportsmanship, Hamilton Cardinals fans are expected to:
• Represent the Hamilton Cardinals and the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) with honour, dignity, and respect.
• Demonstrate civility and sportsmanship at all times.
• Refrain from using language that is vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning, or intimidating.
• Positively support our players, coaches, officials, and team personnel.
• Treat visiting teams, their coaches, and fans with courtesy and respect.
• Avoid engaging in chants or cheers that are vulgar, inappropriate, or disrespectful.
• Never throw any objects onto the playing field.
• Avoid excessive alcohol consumption and unruly behaviour.
• Stay out of restricted team areas, including the playing field, dugouts, and locker rooms.
• Be a positive role model for fellow fans by demonstrating respect, courtesy, and good sportsmanship at all times.
We reserve the right to inspect any container or bag brought into Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, please carefully review the following list of prohibited items before attending a Cardinals event. Note: This list is subject to change.
The following items (and similar objects) are prohibited and should not be brought to the stadium. Items cannot be stored at gates or inside the venue for pickup later.
• Bags larger than 12" in diameter.
• Alcoholic beverages
• Cans, bottles, or coolers
• Outside food, snacks, and beverages (except for medical necessity)
• Radios without headsets
• Umbrellas
• Selfie sticks
• Video cameras, professional-grade cameras, or cameras with detachable lenses
• Drones or other unmanned aircraft
• Weapons, including pocket knives
• Hoverboards, Segways, Bicycles or Skateboards.
• Artificial noisemakers
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaporizers) inside the stadium
• Strollers
• Flags, Banners, Posters or signs larger than 8.5” x 11”
Smoking Policy
All forms of smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapor cigarettes, are strictly prohibited throughout Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
• Concessions operated by the Hamilton Cardinals and are a licensed establishment with the City of Hamilton.
• Fans place their orders at the side cashier stations, while the centre windows are for pick-up only. (see picture below)
• Menu includes hot dogs, chili dogs, fries, poutine, chili cheese fries, chips, candy, pop, alcoholic beverages, coffee/tea and gatorade. Menu items are subject to change.
• A water bottle refill station is available at the stadium, located near the Perch. Fans are encouraged to bring refillable water bottles to stay hydrated during the game.

Hamilton Cardinals Alcohol Policy
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible environment, please follow the alcohol policies at Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium:
Purchase Locations:
• Alcohol is available at designated kiosks within the stadium and you must be 19 years of age or older to purchase and consume alcohol.
ID Requirements:
• Valid photo ID is mandatory for every alcohol purchase, regardless of age.
• Accepted IDs include driver’s licenses, passports, and other government-issued photo IDs. ID must be valid and not expired.
• Fans consuming alcohol must keep valid ID accessible at all times and may be asked to show it again within the stadium.
Purchase Limits and Serving:
• Maximum of two alcoholic beverages per person, per transaction.
• All alcoholic beverages will be served in clear cups upon purchase (no cans or bottles permitted).
• We appreciate your patience during busy periods.
Alcohol Sales Cutoff:
• Alcohol sales end at the middle of the 7th inning.
Conduct and Enforcement:
• Guests who appear intoxicated, attempt to pass alcohol to minors, or present fake IDs will be removed from the stadium and may face legal consequences.
• Disorderly behaviour or public intoxication will not be tolerated.

Guest Services
• Located at TheCardinals Perch (Merchandise Cubes)
• Open from stadium opening until after the game ends.
• Visit for information, assistance, or to report concerns.
Merchandise
• Our merchandise store, The Cardinals Perch (pictured below), is located on the third-base side of the concourse and is open during all home games. We offer a variety of hats, jerseys, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and accessories. Jerseys with player names are available, and we also offer custom jersey options. Online orders can also be picked up at The Perch for free during games throughout the season. Additionally, we offer a special Gate Crasher Item of the Game—quantities are limited, so be sure to arrive early!

Rain Checks
• If a game is postponed or rained out, tickets can be exchanged for a future regular-season home game. No cash refunds.
Camera & Video Equipment
• Handheld cameras and personal audio-visual equipment are permitted.
• No flash photography, video recording of gameplay, or tripods.
• Camera lenses must be shorter than 5 inches.

First Aid
• St. John Ambulance is located on the main concourse (1st base side).
• Paramedic units are on-site at all games.
Fan Activations & Kids Run The Bases
• Fans may be invited to participate in special activations either on-field or within the stadium. We ask all participants to follow the Fan Code of Conduct at all times..
• We host Kids Run the Bases during the top of the 3rd inning. After completing their run around the bases, children will exit near the left-field fence, where parents can pick them up.
Foul Balls
• Fans may keep baseballs hit or thrown into the stands.
• Balls can also be redeemed for a freezie at the concession stands.
• Stay alert during play!
Lost & Found
• Turn in or claim lost items at Cardinals Perch Guest Services during games. After games, items are taken to the Hamilton Cardinals office.

Mascot
• Bernie R. Bird is the name of the Cardinals mascot. Bernie is in attendance at most home games.
Pets
• Only service animals permitted, except on special “Bark in the Park” event days.
Washrooms
• Located on the 3rd base line, left of the grandstands.
Security & Assistance
• Cardinals staff can be identified by their red polo shirts.
• Reach out to them directly if you need assistance.
WiFi
• There is no public WiFi at the stadium.
